Our Hiking & Yoga weekend retreat is brand new to the schedule for 2023! The weekend retreat will focus on restorative yoga practises & mindful hiking to some of the Dingle Peninsulas' most iconic locations! We will strike the balance between tranquillity & excitement as we hike to some of our favourite places on the peninsula!
Our Runners Retreat is exactly that! A retreat for runners! Our aim & target with this running retreat is to do two things! Number one is education & understanding! As someone who has run over 100 marathons, I know the mistakes that runners make & the issues that people face! So we want you to leave the runner's retreat with a better understanding of training, racing, preparation & mindset!
Our wellness weekends have been hugely popular since we first started hosting them! Wellness can mean so many different things to different people & we believe it is truly unique to each & everyone one of us!
